In response to our clients requirements we offer a full payroll bureau service. Generally, this involves weekly payroll processing for 12 - 20 staff with the hours being faxed on a Monday, the BACS list being faxed back on Tuesday and payslips and payroll analysis being posted to arrive by Thursday or Friday. We then detail the PAYE and NI and any other deductions on a monthly basis, and if appropriate write out the PAYE payslips and client’s cheques for their signature.
At the year end, we produce P35 and P14s/P60s, and this year the forms for all 700 employees had been produced by mid-April and were forwarded to our clients shortly thereafter.
